What is it?
Bagexpress.eu was born from the union of consolidated experiences in the field of commercial aviation, airport services, transport and logistics. The quality and reliability of the services offered by bagexpress.eu are guaranteed by the UPS logistics platform, a world leader in express transport.
The goal of Bagexpress is to facilitate the experience of those traveling for tourism, study or work by offering a service of collection, sending and home delivery of luggage and technical or sports equipment. Bagexpress collects your luggage at home, in the office or in any other domicile and delivers it directly to the destination address within two days in Italy and three days in Europe. The route of each bag can be constantly monitored thanks to a tracking number and the delivery will be notified to the customer through an sms.
What are the benefits?
BagExpress offers Politecnico community a 10% discount on the basic price list, for shipments from Italy to Italy, from Italy to Europe and vice versa and from Europe to Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Malta, Norway, Cyprus and the Canary Islands).
The offer is available on 2 types of luggage:
- a maximum of 25 kg luggage;
- a maximum of 40kg luggage.
From November 15 to January 15 included, on all national and international shipments, a surcharge of € 7.20 will be applied on the discounted cost.
The weights are not cumulative so they refer to the single luggage; the costs for EU-EU shipments depends on the cities of destination. The dimensions to be respected are 95x60x40cm.
It is also possible to ship cardboard boxes that must comply with the same weight and size limits. The rates are the same in case you want to ship sports equipment, except for golf bags and skis / snowboards.
The rates indicated also include a guarantee in case of damage or loss of luggage up to a maximum of € 500. You can also purchase an additional guarantee to cover any losses up to a maximum of 1000€.
