In the X-Culture project, students are given the goal to help participating businesses grow in international markets: participants are divided into teams consisting of students from different Universities who work together remotely for eight weeks to draft an internationalisation project chosen from among those proposed by the businesses. Students develop soft and practical skills through experimental learning and learning by doing. Their projects will be assessed by a group of experts and then by the businesses, which may decide to implement one or more of them.

The Polimi Team

Since 2016, Politecnico di Milano students have participated in every edition of the competition, joining teams with colleagues from many other international universities. In 2023 there were 50 participants from the Politecnico, coordinated by Professor Stefano Elia from the Department of Management Engineering.
