The programme addresses the topic of project management with a focus on the flexibility aspects of projects. Starting from the analysis of agile (or change-driven) approaches that are particularly suited to contexts with a strong innovative thrust, the tools that are first useful at an operational level are declined in order to trace back to a strategic vision and governance of the projects themselves. The analysis of the context is then declined with the issues related to the mapping and strategic and operational management of the project's internal and external stakeholders. The course concludes by declining techniques approaches and tools for an effective communication inside and outside the project context that leads to the definition of communication plans and methods for the transfer of strategic and operational information.

The course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of various approaches to project management, identifying synergies between traditional project management and agile management. The course emphasises the importance of communication, teaching how to develop an effective communication plan and manage critical communication factors. Finally, you will acquire tools for monitoring communication performance, which is crucial for project success.

Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualifications will be considerd valid as far as equivalent in their respective University Systems.
