Promoting a responsible consumption
Every evening, in the dining falicities of Politecnico you can find products not consumed during the day at discounted prices.
With a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, Compass, Pellegrini, and Valsecchi—the companies managing the dining facilities within the university campuses—have launched an initiative aimed at making use of surplus food. Every evening, the three companies offer unsold products from the day at discounted prices, each according to their own schedule and availability. This project helps promote more responsible consumption and reduce environmental impact.
